RealNames Sees Layoffs As Sign Of Success

from the talk-about-spin... dept

There are lots of ways to publicly "spin" a layoff announcement, but saying that layoffs are a sign of success seems a bit of a stretch. However, that seems to be exactly what RealNames is saying. What they really mean is that they didn't properly predict their business model - and that the new business model should make them more money with fewer people. However, I don't think that really qualifies as a success just yet. Let's see if the new business model works first.
