Forget Napster, RIAA

While the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is chasing Napster, Ebay has been "getting away" with trafficking pirated music and profiting from it. I'm not sure how long EBay will be able to claim it's ignorant of (and not liable for) copyright infringements on its site. Maybe that's why one EBay exec is quitting to go into politics...? Ok, maybe not....
