Read This! 'Calls To Action' Aid Banner Ads

By just adding the text "Click here", banner ads seem to enjoy 10 to 40% more click-thru's. Now whether that actually translates into effective advertizing is a totally separate issue....

There was a fake banner ad I saw a while back which said something like "People are 10-40% more likely to click on an ad that says 'click here'. So Click Here, you bloody sheep."
