Female Execs Better For IPO Returns
from the don't-ask-why dept
A somewhat useless study that looked at data over the past twelve years that says that companies with women in senior management roles tend to have higher returns on their stock. The study does not attempt to explain why, which makes it somewhat questionable in my view. I don't really see the point of the study unless it attempts to explain these results. Perhaps it's because the companies that have only men in senior exec positions are closed-minded, and therefore miss business oportunities?
