M-Commerce Users Frustrated

A new study shows that many Americans are very frustrated with their first attempts at M-Commerce. It's been hyped up so much, that when you finally have to use it, and realize how bad it sucks, you feel like you've been tricked. The article also notes that those in the U.S. tend to use wireless devices differently than those in Europe in Asia.
