MP3's Can't Do That

Audiophiles might want DVD-audio recordings that will feature surround sound, but will anyone else? It's still not even clear that DVD's are a long-term format. I don't think anyone really wants to replace their CD collection with DVD's -- especially when free formats exist and subscription-model music is just around the corner.
