An article talking about someone's pet peeves when it comes to online shopping. They reference the latest study talking about abandoned shopping carts and discuss why they think it happens so much. I thought it was interesting to note that he checked out Wal-mart's "new and improved" site and found that it still has the same problems as most sites do.
