Customers Pissed Off At Crappy Mobile Phone Service

Is your mobile phone dropping a lot of calls? Are people unable to reach you even when you have your mobile with you? Do you miss every other word spoken to you over your mobile? You're not alone. Apparently, more and more people are complaining about the horrible service offered by most mobile phone companies. Some people are even taking them to court. The bad news is that it's unlikely for service to improve substantially for another five years or so.
