Idealab Delays IPO
from the could-have-seen-that-one-coming dept
If you've read any article about Idealab over the past 8 months or so, the fact that they are delaying their IPO should come as no surprise. I'm wondering, though, if this hurts them going forward in trying to startup new companies. They used to have a pretty strong brand name, and yet, recently, they seem to be the target of too many "dot com excess" jokes. Is the Idealab brand going to be more of a burden for them going forward?
