Salon had a little contest where they asked people to come up with the best (funniest) new top level domains that ICANN should add (as if they'll ever get around to adding any). Some of them are pretty funny. Personally, I like .dot (for the very literary reason given) and .foo, because Techdirt.foo would be cool when I tried to explain it to people.
