More Failure Story Lessons
from the talk-talk-talk-talk-talk dept
Well, it seems that there's quite a lot to be said about all these failing dot coms. Everyone wants to write a story about the lessons we can learn from them. I've already posted a few, but here's one that tells you what to do if you're struggling to raise more money. The answer is something you should have probably thought about when you started the business: focus on the basics. If there's nothing there, then sell out. Which is the point of this other article. First it says don't get suckered in by management that seems to be smart. If the basics are there, stick with it, if not sell out as quickly as possible. How come no one was saying these things about "business basics" when everyone was founding startups?
