Enabling Phone Spam
from the just-what-we-need dept
Yet antoher service that is going to help revolutionize the spam world. Here's a story about a company that allows you to send an email to any phone number where it will be computerized and "spoken" to whoever answers. It's a perfect application for spam. I've heard of a few other companies that have this service as well, and it sounds horrible. I already get too much spam and too many telemarketing calls. Companies that provide services like this are going to need to figure out a way to block spamming.
