A look at one of Paul Allen's projects, the Experience Music Project, which started out as a museum for Jimi Hendrix and had turned into "The Pile of Dirty Laundry" (according to some Seattle residents), or a new type of music museum. The article seems to suggest it's what happens when someone has way too much money and no idea what to do with it.
