Even More on Napster

Okay, I have to admit, the Napster injunction has set off a much bigger reaction than I ever expected. I knew it would be big, but it's now everywhere. Every mailing list I'm on is discussing it (to death) and every online site has multiple articles on it. It's a little tough trying to figure out what to post, but I've been trying to post stuff that isn't just rehashing everything else that's out there.
