How Quickly Do Companies Respond to Web Inquiries
from the not-quickly dept
A very interesting study discussed over at the Register concerning how easy it is to contact companies from their web site and how quickly they reply. The overall findings are not particularly positive as it generally wasn't easy to find contact info, and often took a very long time to get a response. You'd think by now companies would understand that the web is a communications medium and not just a push medium.
