Orange Buys Ananova

Mobile phone company Orange has purchased the virtual newscaster Ananova for $143 million. Seems like quite a lot money for someone who isn't real. I'm not sure I see the match in these two companies, but I imagine they're planning something to give news and information over their mobile phones.
