Dot Com Failures Hurting Partners As Well
from the selling-shovels-not-such-good-business-any-more? dept
For years there was all this talk about how real estate firms, law firms, and PR firms were making out like bandits due to all the dot coms they worked with. Now, they're all freaking out because of the failing dot coms. Suddenly, bills aren't getting paid and these other firms are finding themselves in trouble as well. Of course, they should have thought about this when they took the business. I always think it's amusing to see these companies that made deals that were obviously risky complain a few months later when the risk went bad.
