Steve Young Becomes a VC
from the giving-out-money dept
It didn't take long for Steve Young to find a new job after retiring as QB for the 49er's a few weeks back. He's forming a venture capital firm. He apparently does have some experience in this area having done some investing on his own, and by being a part of Champion Ventures - which is a venture firm funded by athletes. He definitley has the name recognition to get lots of press coverage. It will be interesting to watch what sort of deals come out of this new firm.
