An amusing story of someone who is obviously not an early adopter finally taking the plunge and getting a PalmIII. Not surprisingly, it doesn't change her life. I think part of the problem with all the hype that goes into some of these technology products is that people think they will automatically solve their problems. They are tools, plain and simple, and if you don't use them well, they're not going to help at all.
