Do We Care About Inside.com?
from the should-we-care? dept
Salon discusses the greatly overhyped launch of Inside.com, an online subscription based magazine covering, well, everything media related. It doesn't seem all that special, and certainly not special enough to justify spending $20 a month on it. I still think the only thing people are willing to spend for online are very important stock info (the Wall Street Journal) or porn. Everything else doesn't seem to matter that much. Inside.com will try to make the case otherwise. Anyone want to start a pool on how soon they'll change their business model?
