Intellectual Property Questions

from the monday-morning-clusters dept

Stories this morning seem to be flocking to venture capital, Napster, and intellectual property. Here's the intellectual property roundup: The NY Times talks about a new study concerning trademarks that show a significant number of new trademark applications have to do with the internet in some way. At the same time, however, the US Patent Office is trying to figure out what changes they need to make in this new economy (about time). Also we have an article written by a former Chairman of the FCC, Richard Wiley explaining to us the legal questions brought up by streaming audio and video content on the internet.
