B2B's not getting it!

It seems that alot of B2B ecommerce sites aren't supplying to the needs of their customers, according to Forester research. It seems that many B2B's are adding content but not the right industry specific type. I would have thought that most companies would get it by now, customer is king. There are always a few exceptions to the rules but in the mad rush to cash in these companies are forgetting their primary purpose.
