A Calm IPO Market?

Here's an article suggesting that maybe the IPO market isn't that hot any more. I'm less sure of that. Over the past few years, every few months an article comes out saying something like that, and then a huge IPO hits anyway. The fact is, there are a lot of crap IPOs out there right now, as people try to push stuff out while they can. The IPO market for good companies still seems to be intact.
