all these millionaires.....that have all this cash? WHY? You cannot take it with you....and the fact is......what can you do with 8 million that you cannot do with 4 million? I just don't see it. Contentment

I know by experienced that money is not the solution to everything and yes it does help..but having had it at one time and people always needing money after awhile it can be very draining being asked for money all the time ..I know that Godliness with contentment is great gain and the eye is never satisfied ..but little is alot when God is in it ...and yes it is hard telling that to the hungry and the needy and there are so many needs and we can't feed everyone and meet every need But we can pray and don't underestimate the power of prayer..you show me you faith without works and I will show you my faith with works ..

Brain Tumor Patient - Needs $15,000

I have a brain tumor and I am looking for a very rich person to give me $15,000 to pay my bills. If you don't wish to share your welath with me maybe you know someone who does.

$15,000 would save my life. I am preparing to have my surgery but I would like to know that all my debts are paid before I go into surgery. I have an acoustic neuroma tumor near my brain steam which after surgery will leave me deaf in my right ear. If anything happens in surgery I will be left with my right eyelid that will never close again and I will have to have gold weights put into the lid to make it close and wear a plastic bubble over my eye at night so I don't get stuff in it at night. It is going to be awful.

I to have BIG problems with our home. We had a contractor come in and do some work .....which was done very poorly. State inspector found 6 violations in his work, and he will not return to fix the problems. I am afraid our house will come down if we have a strong enough wind. We cannot afford to get our home rewired...so insurance cancelled us..we need new windows...and every funding agent has turned us down....We need about 20,000.00 to get every we need done and no one will help. I was so depressed about everything I attempted suicide a few months ago. If anyone reading this knows someone with a BIG,GENEROUS HEART...please e-mail me.

After reading several of the messages above, I pray that someone will help us all. Being a single mom who works full time and just pray that things could get easier. It would be nice not to have to juggle all the bills each month. It would be nice to be able to get your child the things that they need. To life in a nice house. Need someone that understands

I know not everyone will understand my dilema, but, I'm hoping someone with a big heart and that believes in true love will. I also know that there are plenty of people with bigger problems than mine, but, to me, mine seems HUGE. I am needing to move my 2 daughters and myself to Australia. My boyfriend lives in Queensland and is emotionally a wreck right now, because he's going through a custody battle and he's not emotionally a very strong guy. The thing standing in our way is the money to get the visa and to make the move. I need around $10,000 just to get us legally over there. And I need to get it done as soon as humanly possible, I know the visa can take a lot of time, but, I don't even have the money to get that started right now. And with raising the girls on my own, I don't see a way to save enough very soon. Heck, I have never asked anyone for money in my life, but, my boyfriend needs me there, and if you've ever truly been in love before, you know how hard it is not to be with the person you love. HELP ME

I know that Central America can use the money. However, what about people such as myself who grew up living a hard life;(basically raised my siblings at the ages of 6-8... to later (present day)struggle because I didn't have the know how to provide for myself and my new family. I made alot of mistakes in my life ... I admit that, but when I pray to my GOD and try to do everything in my power to make things work, it just seems hopeless after a while. In June, I moved my first love (reunited) and her (our) 2 girls down to Virginia Beach with me. Things went well for the first 3 months. I felt like a responsible adult. Bills got paid and and I thought I had a good secure job. That is until I was laid off in Sept.
You see, I worked on the road installing ilse lighting systems and floor covering (I enjoyed it). Iwas told I had a future with the company and suddenly after being sent home for my 2 weeks off, I'm told that I am no longer needed. That didn't bother me at first but then I tried getting work locally. Let me tell you the economy must have really gone down the tubes.
Then we get the Hurricane Isabel to boot. One month has gone by and we barely made rent. I behind in bills, and how could forget to mention that as I was job searching I developed a mild case of bell's pausy ; causing me to go deeper in debt (4000 when it's all said and done). Also, I been out of work so long I don't know where next weeks food in coming from.
I don't know if this message is going to the right people but ...just want to be heard.. I guess.
So I hope that whatever money is being given away is going to the right peolple because I'm sure there are plenty of people like me who try really hard to make things work. And thats just 3/23 of my life

Good Plan

I think it's an excellent way to help the world out a little bit. This man is making a huge difference in someone's life. He's doing that old adage, give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach a man to fish and he eats forever. He's donating to education which will further better these people's chances at a good life.

BTW, I noticed all of these heartbreaking requests for money. It is too bad that the philanthropists out there can not just give directly to the people, that they usually have to go through an organization and they rarely see the look of joy on people's faces.

If any wealthy person would like to help me out, with any amount of money, I would be much obliged. I am pregnant, with one toddler and an immigrant husband who is working his butt off trying to get an American education because his European degree means nothing here. We are stuck in a tiny apartment with no place for my young son to run around. I can't even let him outside due to the heavy traffic in our parking lot.
All I want is a small house with a backyard to call our own. I have been working towards this goal but it is very difficult. I have paypal.

I have been to Central America twice to seek the adventures down there. I am getting married and moving my new family to Florida to enter Optometry school. Funding is going to extremely tough in the next few years. My soon to be has worked as a nurse in Belize in the past. She was there for the Hurricane of 2001, and saw the devastation. We have great friends in Belize, and would love to be able to give back to those communities. One thing when I become a liscenced Optometrist is to donate time and efforts to help Central America in their vision through expeditions and teachings. Just curious your thoughts.

American citizen needs money

It has flooded six times in my hometown of
Matoaka, WV since 1996. My father died in Nov.
of 2000. My mother lives alone and still burns
coal, but needs to move before it floods again.
She cannot afford to move.

My husband has been looking for someone to help him get his business off the ground. He buys and sells used autoparts (cores and such). May 15,2001 I got laid off from my telecommunications job. Lost my house, lost my car, all my items that was inside of my house, and I continue to try to find a job. It is very hard to find one without a car or jobs that aren't hiring with my qualifications. Most buses don't go to the area you need to get to. Now that I have some what of a roof over my head with the help of family and friends I am recently going to college for a different skill and it is hard to get back and forwth to school exspecially since the bus lines don't go that part of town. Not asking for money just for something decent to be able to get to and from school, also it would help on being able to find a job where bus lines don't go. Thank you for your time or consideration. i know the feeling we lost everything except each other when my husband returned back to work after having a stroke in may of 2003. he started out with this company as a grounds keeper at 7.50 and within 3 years was a maitenance superviser making 14.65 enough for me to be a stay at home mom and we could live happliy and comfortable.when he return to work after his stroke he was terminated for not complying with company rules! he has never been wrote up a day , and always was honest and cosiderate of his higher employers and this was how they thanked him, by terminating him. we lost our apartment had to move to new property, becouse we no longer could live on site.he worked where we lived. we also lost our family car by repossion. our unemployment didnt start for at least 9 weeks and the week we lost our car his checks came in! i could nt get a good paying job becouse i am not educated enough. no ged or hs diplomia. my goal is to get ged and get some classes started. we have also been getting our son 5 yrs old tested for autism and thats alot of time in doctors office and we sure do need a reliable car. thank you for listing to ,my story although its just a lttle part of it all its nice to know someone knows!

I am currently residing in Germany, working for an American Company on a post here in Germany , paying german taxes(which is 48% in my case). I got out of the service and married a german girl and stayed here. So I'm living from paycheck to paycheck...I can't really save money, to go back. I have a baby girl on the way due next month, and I would like our family to be able to have the endless opportuntuities that we have in the U.S. I want my family and myself to have a future. And the opportunity for my daughter to receive a good education. If you could possibly lend me thirty grand, I will pay it back in full. i think that is a very nice thing to do cause my family and me sure could use one ive worked all my life my husband has to and we seemed not to get any where when it seems like we are then somthing happens like now i had to quit working cuase oldest son is real sick he is in a wheel chair and we cant even afford a house to be equipped for him it makes me fell bad that i cant provide for my family my husband is dying of plumanary fibbors if i spelled it right and the list goes on but i still think that it is nice knowing that there still is people out there like this guy

I know how you feel. I had three hundred pounds of granite slabs fall on my knee and mess it up pretty bad, and when the dr. gave me my off duty slip they fired me. That was 6 months ago and i steel havent recieved any benefits. Luckily i could move in with parents and did not have any cars or financial responsibility at the time or i would have lossed it all. Some of those big companies arent worth a *#@*.

Hi Sir, I know its been over 5 years since u were bought out and the money is probably long gone by now but just in case id like to plead my case: well im 38 years old and i still live with my mother, i get chronic ear infections that make me miss alot of work at the pet shop and the ointment the doctor gave me to use makes the birds very angry and they often swoop at me. Also, i was born with one leg much longer than the other which made me run in circles much more than the other kids, currently to this day i find my self veering onto the road as i walk to work. kids have always pciked on me and called me names, my coworkers kids to this day throw things at me. im am a very desperate man and i have very low standards. if you could send me enough money to move out of my mothers place i would be forever grateful to you kind sir. thank you for your time.

Please Help Keep My Family Together.

Hi,
I have read all of the pleas for financial aid here and there are a lot of people needing help more than us, but if we can't get some aid, my family will have to be split up.
I'm from the UK and I'm living in the US with my husband and my (our) son. My husband is an American citizen, and we have been trying for the past 3 years to get the money together to pay for my son's and my own immigation doc's.
Unfortunately we are finding it impossible to save that money right now, as my husbands employers don't pay very well, and it's all we can do to keep up on the rent, and most of the bills.
My British passport runs out in December of 2005, and if we don't find someone with a huge heart to help us, my son and I will have to leave to return to the UK.
I love my husband very dearly, and it would break all of our hearts if our family was split up, as I don't think I would ever have the chance to return.
I would be forever in your debt if you could help us.

single mom of 4 with no financial assistance

I am a young mother of 4 beautiful, intelligent wonderful, children. The youngest of the 4 was born with an enlarged kidney and has had numerous operations and is still battling the problem. I work to provide for my children and attend school in the afternoons. I am planning on becoming a marine biologist. Everyday we face new hardships, whether it be what we will eat throughout the day, how we will make it to the next doctor's appointment, or how the next bill will be paid. My boyfriend of 10 years recently left me alone with the children to fend for ourselves without ever looking back. No explanation, no excuse. I planned to continue classes this summer but was unable to do so. I've never done anything like this before and don't really expect a response but it just helps knowing someone might care enough to at least look into it. Thank you for your time.

Hello, First let me say I am truly sorry for asking for help. I am a mother or was a mother of three, I lost my son on June 23,2005. The help I need is to pay my June and July rent which totals $2800.00. I used the money to buried my son, My landlord is very understanding, but he to has bills to pay. I will and can show anyone who wishes to see the funreal home bill, the death certificate and a letter from my landlord. I had a very dysfunctional childhood. Low self esteem, low confidence, nail bitter, and a bed wetter, made many bad decisions. In a AA meeting, I was told I had potential for becoming a nurse. Applied to school. struggled! After 10 years, graduated. I was overwhelmed with joy! As a nurse, I give so much of myself to others and not to myself. I would love to take a vacation with my family. I could give you a long song and dance about how life sucks as a middle class person but the fact of the matter is It doesnt!

it really saddens me

you know if you put this on the web just to get a poll it really saddens me as there truly are people that needs help from people, as if they think that someone of the means would graciously help they put their pride aside to ask for some help. Yes there are some that really dont need financial help but more just looking to enjoy life alittle and get a taste of what it must feel like to be able to spend the day with their children and spouse. But i just want to say shame on you if this was a tactic to get a poll on how many people would ask for money. I am not an angel but I do believe in God. I believe that if you are in need and will just pray God will Provide. I know sometimes its hard because things don't always come when you want it but it will come when you need it. God is working on my patients because I too will try to go out and fix things. My only problem is that I don't receive a lot but I do give from my heart. I don't have a lot of money but If i did I would help people. I help people with what I have. I even need sometimes myself and would love for someone to give me but I can't but my trust in man but in God almighty who will touch that person heart to help me. I never thought I would do this

I lost my job in feb 2005. was no big deal at the time . but times have changed . I thought with my career history it would be easy to get a job wrong. when i lost my job I pulled out my 11,000 to fix up the house be cause we live 5 house from the school and the boys Kris and Kyler were ashamed to come home when school was out . I felt bad for them they are both smart kids that are in fourth and fith grade they are excelled to the point they go to jr high 1 day a week.To save their self esteem I bought vynal siding for the house and hired a roofer that took off with 5,900 dollars never to return . HE LEFT ME WITH A HALF COMPLETED ROOF it has leaked for 6 months The vynal guys took his lead and quit with the rest of my money we have. I need an education unemployment has ran out ( water man was here yesterday to turn off my water and my phone and electric car pmt house pmt are due.I feel like a loser a failure A dumby. sorry about the typing I cant see through the tears . I'm so pathetic. I've gain 80 lbs and sleep all the time I'm so over whelmed with fear confusion And stupidity I will pay back the money I just cant lose every thing with the boys I'm a shell of the person I use to be PLEASE HELP missouri

i am very despart i am broke. i have no money and living in a house with no electricty,water nothing. nothing to eat. my husband had cancer. we lost everything even our clothes. he had several surgerys and in the hospital to many times to count. when i thought everything was getting better i had a heart attack. i am so tired going without money.i can't buy anything. i have no way of transportation. if anyone could help me out im not asking for alot. i would be willing to do jobs over the internet.

Hello, My name is Connie Jones. On Aug. 8th we almost lost our 7 year old daughter to diabetiess. We wound up in ped intensive care with a 2222 blood sugar we were unaware she was diabetic. She has lost her lower right leg but thanks to God she is alive. He has granted me the wonderful privlege to raise this child. I am writing today because I have been off work since this happened and it looks as if i will be off at least another month or two to help get her trough rehab and such. I also have a 15 month old son who is a downs baby and I receive ssi for him but at this time this is our only income. I have contacted a few social service agentcies for help and they have been able to help me with my electric bill but they have been unable to help with my mortgage, and I still have a water bill. My mortgage for Aug and Sept. is 946.90 and Oct.is coming up. I don't know if you would be able to help but any help at all would be great. I realize money is not everything. But when you don't have it it's alot. You don't need to have millions, just be able to have a decent home and not have turn off notices for your basic necessities like electric, gas, and phone. To be able to cloth your children, and make sure there are presents under the tree at christmat time. If you can help me, and i'm only asking for the holiday season. I have two little girls ages 8 and 9, i'm 40 and have been on my own since the age of 16, having a mother that threw me out in favor of her boyfriend, and a father I saw only on Sundays, but he died when I was just 14. So I went on welfare and tried to put myself through school. Now I have two daughters and I don't want them to go through what I went through. I had to pay all my bills to keep my electric and phone on, and pay my rent. I have no money to buy them Christmas presents, and they are in desperate need of winter clothes. If you can donate some money to us, or collect from several people, family, friends, or church (possible if you alone cant afford to help you can take up a collection for us from a source of your choice). Please for the sake of my kids try to find us some financial help for the holidays, it can even be in the form of gift certificates so you can be sure the money is going for the children. I am looking for someone who would be willing to sponsor my racecar or give me money to help fund my hobby. We only have enough money to survive. We never have money to enjoy life. I know there are people out here with medical problems, my son is one of them. He has epilepsy. But his bills get paid eventually and he takes medicine regularly. He is not allowed to have insurance. I would be a great person to help financially. I have never asked for help but I need it now. I am a divorced mother with three children and I also take care of my mom. I do work two jobs and seriously thought about finding another job but there just isn't enough hours in the day. I have fallen behind in my bills and now it is 12 days from Christmas and I can't even afford gifts for my kids.

I know it sounds bad. I have tried to get a loan but my credit is far from perfect. Wish it was perfect because then I wouldn't be writing this.

Well - it doesn't hurt to ask. I know God will take care of us but this has been a really stressful past year and I just want to get my bills paid.

Oh thank you soo much kind sir! I have long since moved out of my mother's with the help of the money you've sent me. Also I have ordered special shoes to correct my leg length problem so I no longer walk in circles on my way to work. However, I still suffer from cronic ear infections and the ointment I use to control them still cause the birds to swoop at me. But I have never been happier running from those silly birds, now I can atleast run for shelter in a straight line and I get to work a little earlier as oppose to being late. Contact the Armed Forces Mutual Assistance Program. They are more then willing to help, that is if you have not already taken them for some money. Also your local churches will help those with family overseas. Try these first before you make yourself look bad. I am sure your husband would not want you doing this.

Praying for a home we can call our own

Let me start by saying hello. My name is marggie I am a single mother of 4 beautiful children. My baby's father was killed Sept11,2004 in Arizona .His name was Walter Stelling.He was a wonderful man/father .But that is now gone the hardest moment I ever had to face was to look into my children's eyes and tell them the man they loved and knew as daddy was now a angel in heavn.

Single mom for 16 years
Daughter wants to be professional dancer but I can't keep up with her dance education.
I have a 1980 mercedes, 300D with oil leaks, electrical problems, break problems, no heat or air and seems to have a new problem every day.
After paying rent $1,375.00, I have nothing left. If I could get my car in working order or get a new one, it would be much easier for me to get more work. Wife needs surgery

In desparate need, praying for help

I have not worked for two years because of an injury on the job and we have lost one car and they are getting ready to take the other one. Boy if I had that kind of money I would build a new ambulance station where I live. And if I had that kind of money I would quit working and do what I love the most which is volunteering all my time to being an EMT. So if your looking to pass the buck you can use your money to purchase the land and build us a new station along with all the amenities that go with it. (ie; ambulance, supplies, etc.)

Under my lifetime I have been suffering in the moneyfield. I didn,t like money at all, thought they were the root to evil..:) I have change my mind last years and discovered that without money i can never realize my lifegoals. My wife is the best person in this world that i've ever met.I love her with all of my heart. She is one of the best teachers for kids that i know. She now will try to pay back the school loans. Along with raising our two children, making the home payment, car payments there is not enough left to pay on the school loan.She would never ask for help, but would only what to help others. Looking to better our lives

I am a 41 yr-old single mother in a VERY low income job. I am interested in going back to school to become a pharmacy tech. The problem is money. I am looking for a benefactor to not only pay for my tuition, but to also pay the monthly bills so I can be home with my son at night while I attend school during the day. The school that I am interested in attending is The National College of Business and Technology. I have contacted the school and found out that they have a 2yr. needing money

I am needing money to reorganize and pay off my debts. I have Meniere's disease and don't know how much longer I will be able to work. The money would help me to know that I will be able to leave work if/when the time comes. I know people who are worse off than me, but this is a disease that has no cure and nothing really helps the dizziness.

Needing Assistance

I am writing to see if there really are people out there that would be willing to help someone out who is really in need. I am a single mother of a beautiful little girl I am in the process of loosing everything I have. I have always been a hard worker but the past two years have been the most difficult years I have ever faced. Leaving my ex two years ago due to abuse I came back to the small town I grew up in. All I have ever done is thought about others so when I was doing ok I did just that the only problem is I am loosing everything thanks to being nice. My name is Christina Vaal. I had my first child at 17 and was married at 19. My husband and I moved 4 hours away from family and friends for me to go to school. My husband tried to make a living raising hogs. Our hogs acquried a disease and we lost them all. We still owe money to the bank after 5 years.
I am now a registered nurse at a small community hospital. Although, 32 hours a week is considered full time, I often do not get 32 hours in due to the low numbers of patients. I have school loans that I am trying to pay back, but I have had to file greivence twice. This just postpones when I have to start repaying the loans.
We now have 3 children and are getting ready to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. My oldest child is extremely interested in horses. Our other two children are 5 and 3. Daycare is expensive.
My husband currently owns Quater Ridge Farms,LLC.. He owns 4 semi tractors and 9 trailers. He has 4 full time employees and 5 owner operators that he contracts.
We are in the process of buying a house and some ground from my in laws. We have made some improvements such as: we added a shop/barn, a porch to the house, and we have had to do a lot of ground and tile work to keep the basement dry when it rains. We do not drive new cars, nor do we have lavious belongings.
My plea to you or anyone interested in helping hard working Americans, is I would like to have my school loans paid off before my 16 year old goes off to college. She has done without and has sacrified the most since I was in school while she was little. Having my husband's "loss loan" paid off would be a blessing as well.
I have tried to instil "helping others" in my children. WE do local angel trees at christmas, and I volunteer for fundraisers at my childrens' daycare. We have a family my daughter gives clothes to when she out grows them, and has bought them gifts with the little money she earns.
We have pinched pennies, done without new things, scrapped and scrapped for so long, we are tired.

Hello and thank you to everyone who takes the time to read this.
My name is Marty. I am a 36 year old male who just recently had his 14 year old daughter taken away from him by Children and Youth Services after years of struggeling with paying rent and bills.
I have had my daughter since she was 8 months old. Her mother chose to relie on drugs and alchohol as an everyday part of life and I just couldnt let my daughter be around that type of envirorment.

My utilities have been turned off, no food, no income, lost my daughter. It was the most gut wrenching feeling to see my daughter being taken away and not being able to do anything about it. I was arrested for disorderly conduct because of the anger that I felt at the time that she was taken away from me. At the time, I was so hurt, but I now understand that my daughter has the support that she needs in foster care.
Im not the type of person who will ask for money so I have gone without for so long. Now, I have to do something to get my daughter back home where she belongs.
If there is anyone at all that can help me with extra change to accomplish my goals, PLEASE HELP!!!!

I own a small motel, and have two disabeled Veterans I take care of year around. But after a personal experience because of a daughterinlaw, I see a need to help children with parents that use drugs, meth the new drug of choice. These children need a place to get away from the abuse, stress and scary life with parents that cannot take care of them. I offer a safe place with someone that could and would love and care for them, teach them, that they are worth saving and loving. The breif experience I have had with a meth parent, is one of the saddest experiences. People that were good loving parents now do not care or want to take care of their children. I would if given a loan or any help by you, take in as many of these children as I could fit in my home and motel. We need to save the children! Child abuse is our biggest shame in this country! We should all hang our heads in shame for allowing it to flourish! I want to do my part and help and make safe and make some small difference for the children of the growing problem of meth! need help

my husband is on disability,and im trying to get on disability,my hubby is 5'11,579lbs,and cant even go in the grocery store,the drs will charge 19,000 for lap band surgery how can we pay for it on his check,and on top of that our house is in real bad shape cant aford to fix it let along buy 1,if i could wish it would be for my hubby to have the operation and us another house.

Is there real help out there?

I just finished ready the posts from the past two years, and I can't help but ask myself "just how many of these posts received answeres that resulted in getting the financial help they needed?"

Poor so-called middle class society that we are called are all in need of help. If one isn't living/relying soley on credit then the rest of us are living one day to the next worrying about how we're going to make our needs met.

Four years ago I became ill. My illness took away my career, my car, my home, my family, and eventually a child. American people cannot afford to get sick! And that is sick in it's self! We're too rich of a nation. I also spent the morning looking at a list of organizations that philanthropists have donated BILLIONS of dollars to. 97% of that Billions of dollars goes to COLLEGES!! Harvard ,Yale, Ithica, Washington State University, etc... These schools are extremely rich!!! It's just a shame that I cannot afford to go to school, to obtain better education so that I could give myself and my children a better life. I'm a bit flustered with the way of how some of the giving is done. I agree, there are a lot of people out there in need of help. Getting back up on their feet. Skills to stay up on their feet, ect... Sure wish some of those billions would come our way.

Once again, I'm being faced with losing a home. My outside family is trying to take away my last child because I struggle to support him. I work part time at $8.00 and hour. I am a semi-educated person, but have been unable to obtain the employment to bring stability back into our life. I'm not a person looking for a free ride, but a person looking for another to scratch my back. And I assure you, I will pass on the favor scratching another's! Sheesh, my cupboards are nearly bare, but just this morning my neighbor came over for sugar. I gave her the remaining bag. I gave my son the gas in my can yesterday. I give whatever I have to give even if it means to be without. I'm not complaining. Just wish the rich would give to the poor. I need a Robin Hood! Don't we All!!!?

curious

when my husband was killed in an automobile accident I recieved $300,000 in insurance.
My family and everyone made my life miserable everyone wanted something after they got finished I was back to where I was before raking and scrapping to pay my bills.
What I want to know is how anyone with millions cope.
Do people bug you wanting everything ?
I could not deal with the pressure and I only had a little compared to those who have millions

To help others is to gain freedom

My comment is if I had an investor who would invest. Then I could take my local TV show to the world and try to make a differance. As well as getting my fifty eight novels published.
It is hard though when a loved one falls ill and is found to have terminal cancer along with going blind. So as this is my husband we are now looking at starting a new page in our lives.
If there really is a miilionaire who had a dream and made it. Then I will continue to pray that mine too will soar with the stars, and motivate our next generations with a positive attitude.
That no matter what life throws you even if it looks like apples, and smells like rotten grapes. That you still can make a huge differance in another person's life.

Hi Mr. My mom really needs help with her house She's been fighting for Social Security for her Disability for 2 years and My father passed away Feb. 18 2001 She has tryed to get cheap help but everyone knows how that works she fired one guy and now he's fighting for money that he did not earn in my mother's and my eyes. But the house burnt inside about a year after my father died. and i gave up my vehicle for one guy to work on it and he talked mom into signing the title over before he got the work done so u know how that went He ran with my truck.My mother is to free hearted. Fraud

Well! Where to begin. My family and I have become victims of fraud. I applied for a small business loan in the amount of $10,000. I was told that I would receive a 7% loan. Since I am a victim of Identity fraud, my credit is bad, so they needed a "Deposit" to start my loan. I searched the Internet, found the company to be valid and in good standings with the BBB. And gave them the $2900.00 they were asking. As soon as the money was given the company vanished. Now my family is in debt to friends who loaned us the money. Our bank account is negative $1000.00 and we have had to go on well fare to place food on our table. Something that is very difficult for me to do. The people in the Federal Credit Bureau told me that there is nothing that they can do. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Would you help me start my pet grooming business?

Money

I am 60 years old and have been sick with one thing or another for most of that time. I am not a greedy person nor do I ask for money on a regular basis. I have helped my 5 cheldren and given to the poor when I can. Now I woud llike alittler help myself. I have gotten my bills down to !08 thousand dollars in cluding all the lmedical bill I have accuierd douring this year. I have bad diabetis and would like to live the rest of my days debt free. I do not look to be rich just want to have my head above water once in my life. If there is anyone out there that would donate the money I would be more htan gratefu... I know that rich people are enved but I envy no one I am happy that God has blessed thatm with their finances. If I am helped - wonderful. If not that is fine also, there is no harm in asking. Good Day I am not one to ask for help but here goes. A bit embrassed by this but I was told that if you don't ask you never know.
I am a single parent have been for several years. I have always worked 2 or 3 jobs to keep our heads above the water but lately I am sinking. I grew up with nothing in a childrens home. So I always wanted better and yes I do have it better but I don't know how to get out of all the trouble with bills and kids needing things and college now for my daughter at times I get tired and want to give up I can't I want my kids to have college so they can make something more out of theirselfs and not have to work 3 jobs even though they would if they had to my kids know what hard work is and how to make money from shoveling snow to cleaning barns full of cow poop.
in our family my kids know you must work for what you want in life however I know they need some help thats why they have a mom but I don't have that kind of help for them I have been trying to find all kinds of ways to get money I don't know what to do next pretty soon we lose our apt and I don't know what next I feel really low writing this letter but its only a chance I can't take right now.
Info would be appriciated as well I just want to get my head above water again.

i'm not one who usually ask for help but i need help for my mom. she is 83 yrs old her house need fixing and she has some back property tax of 10,000.00 that need to be paid in order to keep her home.
I had to quit my job to stay home with her.
I would not be asking for help if I was able to go back to work. And if something should happen to her and she leaves this side, the insurance coverage that she has is not enough to take care of final arrangements for her. If ther is someone that can help please do so. God will bless you for that.

Is this For Real

Is someone really willing to help or is this some kind of scam, as I have been scammed before and caught the groups with FBI help both times, once was an ebay scam and another was a bad credit loan scam.

My husband is in surgery as I type this to have a plate put in his spine, despite losing feeling and severe pain he has been working 70 hours a week, and I am afraid as soon as he can walk he will push hisself again, that is assuming the surgery goes well.

I have tried getting a job over here, as I am American, but because I cut my finger on a job and required a shot and work comp, no one will hire me now, I have had applications thrown out, if I had of known this I would have hid the gaping wound and went home sick.

Everything is so exspensive over here, and he pays child support to an ex 500 fortnightly and she makes more money than he does, we do not even get enough to cover our bill and he works all that overtime, and we also have his disabled dad living with us.

I just went to pay our bill and realized we don't have enough to cover it, I do not know how long the surgery will take or how long he will be out of work and I am scared, if the child support does not get paid, what money he will get on sick leave will be garnished and we will have nothing.

We have 2 kids and he has 3 from his past marriage, but the oldest graduates this year.

I have tried to find a way to make money from home online, I have sold things on ebay but I do not have a resell product or anything that I can really market.

I would love to be so rich I could help people out, but I also realize how many people there are in the world who would be knocking at my door if they knew, so I do not know if there is any point to this, and I sure hope I don't get hit with a ton of emails to transfer money into foreign accounts, because I will report any fraud, including requests to update bank account details or ebay, so do not bother, I already know about all of that.

If someone could give me some real advice or help, now that would be appreciated, I am not saying I am in dire need, I do not live on the street, I am just tired of wondering how we are going to meet the bills, tired of telling my kids they can't go anywhere or join anything because we don't have the money, and tired of getting turned down for jobs. I want to help but don't know how, and now with hubby in the hospital I feel so lost, they had not even taken him into operation last time I called, who knows how long he will have to wait since he is on public health and private get first priority, another luxury we can't afford.

Finances

I find this hard to do and not sure that I am doing the correct thing but.... I have run into finacial hardship due to my health and the costs associated with an insulin pump. I have been a diabetic for 32 years and have been blessed with a strong family to help me get through my younger years. I have always worked hard, had insurance and keep doing my best to keep up with all that I owed. Recently I have gotten to a point where my doctor is telling me that I need to go on an insulin pump. I purchased the pump with support of my insurance. I needed 20% of the $15,000 cost upfront which I did not have in cash so put it on a credit card. My diabetes is doing better and kidney function improving. Ultimatley it was the right thing to do. My finacial condition on the other hand has been very tight. House payments, loss of additional income (due to my slow down with diabetes and control) and all the other things associated with being a provider for my wife and 3 children. I have done all that I can but just don't seem to be able to make it. I was hoping someone my find it in their heart to lend some financial support. I am looking for a loan of $3,000 - $4,000 that I can return to the provider in March 2007 (bonus time and should be getting around that amount). I understand one way of the other but wanted to see if anyone maybe able to lend some short term support. I am a proud person - this is hard for me to do, but I don't know where else to turn. I am putting it into God's hands and he has provided this avenue for me so I am giving it a try.

Surgery Money

I am trying to get a gastric bypass to actually save my life. If I do not get one...I most certainly will not be around for very long. I have done all the presurgical and have been waiting because of a 1,000 dollar fee I cannot raise because I am on medial leave from my job due to uncontrollable high blood pressure and only receive 66% of my salary while out. The income I do receive does not even cover my every day needs. My insurance will covers everything but this 1,000 that is for the nutrients and the Psychologist visit. I dont even know where to start. I feel very wierd asking for money and help. I got myself into an awful situation. I was married 25 years to a small county Sheriff who I let destroy all of me. To protect myself from him I put on over a 100 pounds. It sounds wierd I know. He had many affairs on me. I was raised in a very religous home and divorce is not an option. I prayed many times that if he was cheating on me to just let me see it with my own eyes so I could have a Godly reason to divorce him. I wanted a good marriage and I wanted that marriage to be with the man I married. I tried and tried!!! At one time I was so thin people said I was sick. Finally one day after torturing myself and working really hard to make this man love me and be true to me I gave up and decided nothing I did mattered. We have two children whom I adore and want to live to see thier children and be healthy enough to play and be fun to be around. Right now I am very unhealthy and dietbetic. I am 42 years old. Whelp God did finally show me that he was a cheater and I finally did divorce him. I am on my own and life has a new look to it. I am so over wieght that I am afraid I will always be alone and never know what a good relationship is? I am afraid I will not even live to see my childrens children. I have tried exercise and dieting and many fade diets. I need professional help to get this wieght off so I can live. I am seeking the money for a surgery call gastric bypass surgery. I currently searched out websites about money that is being handed out and came across this one. As of yesterday, my boyfriend of 20+ years lost his job. I work part time right now and I will be taking on a full time job to get by. His mother has offered to pay our mortgage but we don't know for how long. She is battling cancer herself. Since I first typed out this article, our lives have gone from bad to worse. We now have both lost our jobs. My husband due to medical issues and mine for not being there for work but instead being with my husband who had suffered the seizure.
I do not know what to do. I have been to every business in town and have gotten letters from them saying they found someone else to hire. I have even called these businesses every day looking for work. It is really amazing that there isn't one person out there that will help. Do you not believe in karma? What goes around, comes around?

Why dosent anybody care anymore?

I have just spent over an hour reading all of everyones pleas above... I know thats a lot of suffering out there...Yet no one has thought to add a comment to let anyone know if their pleas have been answered ??? Wouldn't you think they would to at least give encouragement to others ?? or is it because no one answers at all ? and its just a site for the sad and lonely unlucky ones that are known as the have nots. you know I watched a tv show yesterday it was celebritys showing off their homes...all huge grand places filled with everything imaginable some with 3 or 4 cars when there are people myself included that have to share a very small rented accomodation with a big family and an old battered car thats on its last legs... Im not saying they havent earned that money but it does sem so unfair when you have to struggle each day or say no to your grandchildren for even the smallest requests, it makes you feel like a terrible failure in life. I am not in good health and I know no amount of money in the world can alter that but it could ease it a little ... however I Pray each day some help will come.... I pray to win the lottery, just a million im not greedy lol but seriously I wont ask for money out of pride, besides I could not honestly offer to pay back what I dont have, and in my experience no one ever does anything for free these days... I am a good person, I love my family and friends very much, but Oh God what it would be like to be able to live somewhere bigger or just know where the next meal is coming from without worry would be so awsome...then i watch on tv about Madonna having 25 cases of kabbalah water shipped to wherever she goes..(among other celebs) and say God why is it that they can do that ? yet We have to really worry about everything ?... I have problems to sort and they are a constant anxiety my doctor says dont worry, huh, he can say that can't he he can sleep at night I can't ...in the bible it quotes Ask and you shall recieve.... I have asked hundreds of times....maybe I have been guided here ?.... maybe not.... IS THERE ANYONE WHO GENUINELY CARES OUT THERE ???? I haven't gotten any new emails about anyone who will help me out and I am losing faith each day about this.
It is hard for me to even start asking for money. I feel as low as I can possibly feel right now.
Now that my husband and I are now unemployed, the bills will be knocking on the door and without any means of paying for them, will eventually get cut off. I am coming to my wit's end and I have asked God to send some kind of sign as to any kind of help.
I wish I knew someone that I could borrow the money from but I don't.
I cannot go to any banks or loan companies either due to bad credit.
I really do not know what to do here.
All I can do is buy some time and wait for an answer.

I do care about everyone else here and wish I had the money to help everyone out. It saddens me that there are people out there who have alot of money and won't help those less fortunate.

Now the next thing I have to battle is my husband wanting a divorce because he doesn't want to drag me down with him. He thinks I would be better off without him. I am very sad right now.

I hope there is some out there that will lend us the amount of money we need. We can offer $100.00 per month as a payback.

homebound for my child

i was wondering if some money could be donated to my daughters school, new bloomfield high school in new bloomfield mo, to help keep her on homebound. she has alot of mental problems and has trouble attending school. let me know if this would be possible. ty. she is 15 and in hospital right now for severe depression.

middle class family needs financial help

To whom this concerns!!First let me say how thankful to be able to be in the presents of someone who is willing to help those of us that are less fourtante,I am a single mom of two who is recovering from a addiction that cost me 380 a month,No state insurance will pay for so i do to remain clean for my chilren!!!I work as a waitress and right now we are very slow.Due to my ex husband my credit is bad and i cant have a bank account. I make two hundred dollars every 2 weeks and 376 dollars a month for child support.I pay 200 rent 150 for gas 199 electric 70 water. As you can see my bills excede my income and i would love to give my children a NICE CHRISTMAS!!!THEY DESERVE IT!!!I can repay the 400 dollars i would like to borrow in jan when i get my income tax return!!!!!!!!! extreme financial difficultiesin getting transport

my wife and i have had extrene financial problems for 10 years.we had lost our utilities for 7 months. aswell as two auto repossestions.
it appears that though my life that i was left with the responcablity of taking care o family members
for the last 10 yrs.whichhas forced iur financesto the point of destroying our family.we are about to hit rock bottom.
i have taken care of my wifes mother an father,my mother an father,my brothers,ans reletives on my es side.resulting in one moth short of loseing our home

Help me save our home

By the time this email reaches you I hope that you are in the best of health and all is well. My husband bought a house in Monore. When it was paid off he had some additions added on. Shortly after he hurt his back, had to have surgery and go on disablilty for a while. He had to file bankruptcy to try to save the house. He owed 27,000 on the house. In six years the bankrupty was discharged. The loan was suppose to be paid off. During the bankruptcy the loan went from one company to the other one. We then were told the amount due was now 32,000 after it was discharged and we had paid 36,000 for the loan and attorney fees. We had to transfer to Atlanta with out jobs. He decided to let his ex wife and kids move in the house so they wouldn't be living in a bad neighborhood. She agreed to pay the note and he agreed to pay the insurance. She lived there for a year and did not pay a single dime. She moved out without telling anyone that she has had recieved a foreclosure notice and the house was boared up when he came home. After that she put him on child support knowing that he always took care of the kids and they would fly up there to stay during the summer. When he went to the house it was a notice of forclosure on the door. We called the mortage company but they wanted us to come up with 17,000 to start. We talked them down to letting us come up with 5,000. Before we could finalize the deal I became ill. In 2000 i was diagnosed with Lupus and told that there was no cure. I didn't let that stop me. I worked for 2 more years with only minor flare ups. On December 2003 me and the kids were on our way christmas shopping and I had a seizure. It was the first one that i ever had. I came with no warning. I was driving on the interstate and hit a 18 wheeler. My 15 year old daughter tried to reach from the back and steer the c ar off the highway. She had never driven before and turned the wheel too hard and the car hit a median and flipped over. Luckily we only had injuries and no death. Five minutes prior to the accident i looked around and noticed my grandson was not in a seat and told my daughter to buckle him up. I know that it was an angel that made me look around and to see that he was in his seat but not fasted. I broke my ankle on both sides. I took me 8 months to heal and go back to work. I had a few seizures but nothing mild. For a period of nine months with different medicines i went without having a seizure. One day out the blue I had 3 seizures back to back and winded up in a coma on a ventilator for seven days. The doctors had given up on me but GOD didn't. When I woke up i had no recollection of what happened. I was partially paralized. My arm was bruised up with stretch marks where i had a blood clot to swell my whole arm. I was determined not to loose my faith that i would walk again. After 3 months i able to walk again but the doctor advised me not to work. We were going to move back in December but I decided to go one since my hus band worked nights and i was afraid of being alone having a seizure in my sleep. I had to move back with my mom for a while and then i moved into public housing. I don't want to loose my home because its not just the home that i would be loosing but the memories. Please help us. I know it is last minute but this will be the best christmas present that we all could ask for. I pray that GOD blessed you to be a blessing to us. If for some reason you cant send help please send us a prayer. My husband is about ready to give up but i am not worried because i have faith for the both of us. GOD did not give up on us and I am not going to give up on my faith that he will bless us back with it. I goes to auction 1/24/07 at 10:00 am at the ouchita parish sheriff office. Please help us i know that there is so many more that need so much more. What the devil planned GOD used to bless us. This is not a scam it is a plea. If I was able I would not ask. I live off of VA disability. I have proof to back up my claim.

If you are reading this right now I hope you are someone with a little extra cash who would'nt mind parting with some of it. I am in great need of 14,500.00 dollars Canadian funds. I need to payoff a debt for my student loan I applied for back in 2000. It is so easy for someone to tell me well, " just get a job"! Well for most of you who take having brains for granted and money and jobs comes easy for you, well I'm here to say it has'nt for me. No, I'm not a scammer or what ever! I'm a person who has gone through the system looking for work and no not on the net just were I live. Here there is work but mostley minimum wage. There is work for higher pay too, but it all depends on how much education you have and most of all, who you know! I went back to school to get an education as a Secretary and I learned how to use a computer. I've had short term work here and there but nothing ever lasted. To compete with all the new technology and all the other students who are graduating every year you must be as keen and very talented with speech/business comunications, type 100 wpm/ able to use all new technologies on the market today/ able to pick up speed in all areas of learning the job as you go. No one here in the choosen field I have choosen has time for slow learners or someone who tries to be fast but makes a ton of mistakes. When I was a student it was my greatest achievement ever, because I was able to learn at my own speed and for someone who spent years learning just how to read, it was awsome to graduate after spending two years in a one year course. But now in the real world it seems like everyone is far more advanced and faster at catching on to things better than I am. Now the only jobs I can get are housekeeping jobs or only around minimum wage. To make matters more difficult my health is not what it used to be and my skills are out dated. I am only speaking for my self because of the way I am. I can write the saddest story about my self because I lived it. But I will not go on about my self, all I wish for is for someone out there who may want to help me with this. hey i am Neema im 17 years old but im old enough already to know that all you people pleading for money us utterly wrong. Everyone wants to be rich but many wont. i hope for your own souls that you never ask for money in your lives again. it's Just disgusting. how can people bring them selves to the level of relying on another man or woman to pay for their unfulfilled lives. if you went to School, get a job in the feild u studied for if u have no education you will have to think, it may take hours, days, weeks months or even years but everyone thinks of ways to make money. the worst thing you can do is beg for money. if your not smart enough to get yourself out of slums then just relax and realise that this is your life. i wish you all luck and stop asking for money it's just disgusting dont you feel Disgusted with yourself when your in here typing up a pitiful bullshit plea for money be ashamed

Gosh, after reading all of these stories I feel bad for asking for help. But, I am going to. I can't say the reason why we need financial help, but our deadline is around February 2007. We aren't sick, it's not for anything illegal, and we do have a roof over our heads and food in the refrigerator. My hushand is a very hard working man and has been able to provide for our family for the 21 year's I have been married to him. My eldest son got in to trouble and that has brought us to where we are financially. We are trying to sale one of our homes and haven't had any luck. My 18 year old daughter was helping us out with the checks that she gets from working, and still is. She could be saving all of her money to buy herself a car but she continues to help us out. I know that we will get back on our feet again as soon as this court thing is all over. Well, you keep doing what you are doing, helping the needy.

I need help!

I am in desperate need to fund my checking account which has been negative for a few days now. I am a mother of 2 with a very good husband. We both have nice jobs but we have been unable to make ends meet the past year. I admit that I make trips to the casinos but that is only because I hope to make up the shortage so that we can pay our bills. I owe a great deal of money not because of my gambling but I have a lot of responsibility with regards to helping family members from back home and my own family here. i am in need of some money to get back on my feet, my wife had a gambling problem but know she is better,she got help,but she is very deprest because we are in great need for money, and talks about killing her self because of what she did, we have 2 children 16 and 12 i work 2 jobs she works 1 for know we can not get a load cause of our credit and our high debth, and our home loan is a arm loan which will come due in june of 2007 and we cannot aford it and no one will refinace us. my boy who is 16 is wating to get his licence says he'll wait because he knows were short of money, my full time job told us they will be closeing there doors and i would be out of a job come july, we can not even go buy food for our kids, our check book gets over drawn all the timebetween payday so i will just run to a casino to cash a check and put it in the bank but that only works for a while, we are about $300.000 in the hole all i ask for is a loan we can set up a pyment plan i dont expect you to just give us the money i would be glad to pay it back

Need help for my son

Dear Sir, I am a mother of three children. My oldest son is disabled and resides with me, my daughter is a college student here at MSUB in Billings MT. She has a job and is doing ok. My oldest son is holding down two jobs and though he is only 94LBS at 25, he is trying hard to make it. I am writing to you about my middle son. He is 21, homeless and recently lost his job. He was admitted into the Billings Clinic Hospital yesterday with pnumonia and other issues. He has never drank, done any drugs or been in trouble with the law. He lost his housing due to his medical issues. His name is David, and he weighs well over 400lbs. Ever since he was born, he has struggled with his weight. At birth he was 9lbs 6oz, at three weeks he was 13lbs and at six weeks, he was 17lbs. He just kept getting bigger and bigger. I took him to doctor after doctor for help. His appetite was out of control. He didn't have the brain gene that told him when he was full. I took him to Shodair Hospital in Helena and he saw the renound genetic physician, Dr. Opetz who did tests on him. He stated David had some sort of syndrome but they couldn't find out why. My son desperatly needs Bariatric surgery. We have been on diet after diet to try to help him. He always gained it back. He was on a medical weight loss plan and we spent thousands on it. He lost some but when we ran out of money, all the weight and more came back. I know that my son will never have a normal, healthy life with this weight. He was born with a short leg and now his hip has gone bad. Shriners was going to fix his leg but because he was so heavy, it would have bent the metal rod. I want my sone to have a chance at life. He is a good young man, he loves the Lord with all his heart and he wants to get well. With this horrible weight, he can't move around to exercise, he can't hardly walk because of the stress on his leg. I can no longer pay for his care, he gets some of his care through the Rescue Mission here in Billings MT but this would never cover the surgery and care he needs. If you could consider helping my son, I would be very grateful. I love my son and I want him to have a chance at a fulfilling life. The way things are going now, I am watching him die and it breaks my heart. Please sir, if there is any way possible that you will consider him please do. If you know of any other resources to help him, please let me know. I work at the Billings Montana Mental Health Center. I cannot put him on my insurance because he is too old. I cannot afford to purchase insurance because of his weight and he is considered a grave health risk. I only make a small salery with my job here and I just can't afford to help him get the surgery. Thank you for your time sir.

desperate help needed until disability trial

Please, Please, Please.... I desperately need help paying bills until I can get a court date for my disability. It's been 18 months already and up until now my dad has pitched in. He is unable to help because of his own illness now. I am so close that I would just like to have a chance. Even if it doesn't go through i will still not be able to work so I am a little panicked............If anyone would just send one dollar or more it would help me so much. I do not like doing this because I have worked my whole life.... I have fibromyalgia for 13 years and a herniated disc.
But it may take 8 more months for everything to go through and I don't know what will heppen........I have almost been homeless, had my utilities shut off, had cable and phone shut off and had my car repossed and my sons car repossed. Neema, You seem to be a very well adjusted young woman, congrat's on your grades!!! I am 44 yr old mother of 2 grown children, I have just completed my Associates Degree in Business.

You are right, all the people need to do is get their educations and work hard when they finish with their schooling. I will be starting my Bachelors degree next week, I go to school online, I am working towards a masters and then a doctrate. I want to help children who are falling through the cracks of justice system /welfare department. I have read most of these request and I feel sorry for them but I know there has to be work somewhere for them to do, I know there are programs for patients with cancer. I myself have a financial health dilema but i am researching other options instead of begging for the money to make it right.

Out of Hope

I am an honest man who works any overtime given to make ends meet. Three years ago, my wife was layed-off from her job. This was a NAFTA buy-out and the company went to Japan. Through this period my wife went through a nervous breakdown and some other personal problems. Now, 2007, my wife is still unable to find work here in America and we are all out of luck and hope. We lost our house at the end of 2006 and we are sinking fast! Is there anyway that some "wealthy" people out there could donate $25,000.00 to help my wife and I to get our lives in order? I am not proud of this letter, but I slide through all of the programs that help people and my pay at" Micro Motion", where I work, is frozen for 6 years! BUT THE MAN RECIEVED INSURANCE, SO I MOVED TO ANOTHER LOT 1 HR AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. THEY PROMISED A FREE CAR TO DRIVE AND GAS. THAT DID HAPPEN FOR SHORT TIME. THE OWNER ASKED ME OUT, HE WAS MARRIED I SAID NO. THATS WHEN IT STARTED. MY SON AND MY FIANCE WORK FOR THE COMPANY, WHEN I SAID NO TO THE OWNER MY SON AND FIANCE LOST THERE JOBS. THEN I GOT MARRIED AND PREGANT, THE OWNER FOUND OUT AND I LOST MY JOB COULDN'T GET FOOD STAMPS OR UNEMPLOYEMENT. THE TOLD UNEMPLOYEMENT THAT I QUIT. I'M VERY PROUD BEEN WORKING SINCE I WAS 12 YRS OLD. I COULDN'T GET ANY HELP AND I WASN'T GOING TO LET MY KIDS STARVE. SO I GOT A LITTLE HELP FORM MY FAMILY AND STARTED A MOBILE DETAILING COMPANY. WE THE MECHANIC SAID THE ENGINE WAS GONE, SO THE MAN DECIDED HE DIDN'T WANT IT. THE MECHANIC SAID HE WANTED IT AND THEN HAD IT IMPOUND WITHOUT TELLING ME. i need your help

i have been searching for help, that i don't need to pay back. my husband lost his job 8-15-06. due to a car accident caused by someone else, whom claimed he was at fault. since then he has lost the insurance that went with the job. he needs chiropractic care and can't afford it. it took a long time with the court system, that finally dismissed all the charges against him. now he still needs medical attention, and while waiting for this all to clear up he suffered a nervous breakdown. he has always driven the big trucks over the road. he was stuck in one place too long, thinking too much. right before he came home this time, he talked in person to his oldest brother. the brother told him horrible things about his childhood. then recently the older brother said that he knew my husband would have a nervous breakdown. he seemed to do this on purpose. now we are in a world of hurt with all the overdue rent, bills, credit cards, and to top it off, a 2000 pontiac grand am gt that's totaled, and we still owe plenty on that too! we owe over $2,500.00 to the landlord. we are just barely on the map of life now. also, our electric was turned off on 11-29-06. it somehow got too high for the local services to help us. i co-signed for a few relatives to have electric turned on. which has never been a problem before. but now, it has turned on me. one of them didn't have service for at least a year. the other had at least three years but, failed to pay steadily for a year. so now it is all on us to take care of it as well. thank you in advance for hearing me out. we would appreciate any help you would consider giving. sincerely, linda funke

In need of assistance to clean environment inside

I am disabled. I have COPD, Emphysema, Graves' Disease, Ostoporosis, Anxiety. I am on oxygen 24/7 and my home has contaminates that need to be disposed of and cleaned. I need painting throughout the whole house. New flooring, Carpeting is not good for my breathing so I am looking for hard wood flooring and tile. New light fixtures that will take energy efficient light bulbs and damaged fixtures. Repair roof on the 2 car garage. There are some leaks coming through. Repair concrete on back patio and front driveway and sidewalk in front on the door. New patio cover. The old one has led paint and is falling apart. Replace inside door to bedrooms, bathroom, family room, and closed doors in hallway and bedrooms. The doors I have now are metal and 1 is damaged beyond repair and in the hallway the doors will not open all the way because of the water heater and the track is old. I am not ellagable for a loan because my ex-husband had to file for bankruptcy and I was still married to him so my credit is not so good. I have been divorced now for 11 months and I have saved every penny I could to fix the house but I am afraid that my health will suffer quicker that the time is will take for me to save the money to fix all of the repairs needed. I know I have listed other things to repair that are outside the house and if these cannot be included I will understand. I am afraid that the patio cover is going to fall soon. I need very desperately to give my children the life that i didn't have. I thought I was on my way to doing that but things keep getting in the way. You might say the life I'm trying to give them is worse than the one I had. I cry myself to sleep at night wandering if whats going to happen the next day. I love my two boys and want to do so much for them. I've tried for 20 years and still cant get a break. My boys are 17 and 11 . You Know this is just probably another teazer! Dangle the carrott kind of thing.After reading all the submissions I feel pretty blessed.The American Drean is DEAD.It is alomost out of reach for most. Do not get me wrong there are lots of resources out there but the big question is Do you qualify?Most likely not.
The real thing that got me thinking was the TVshow 20 good years. Kind of a silly show but it was the name of it. Been working since I was 10. 10 always seems to pop-up in my life. 10 years on the farm, 10 years in the Hosp. 10 years married. 10 years single, 10 years married again, 10 different types of jobs.Husband left me for a woman 10 year younger!Ha!Too funny.So what did I end up with after all that- yep! you got it 10K!So I put a down payment on a home all my own. So now like I mentioned earlier 20 good years? I dont't know you do the math.Just doing my best to boost the stats of the American Dream one more time. The End

Your Money

I feel that you were very Christ like in your decision to give money to help children with their educational needs in a country where they might never see a school at all. You help me to remember that even though I (being disabled now)can not afford to send my daughter to the college of her choice or any for that matter, I have a roof over my head and clothes on my back. My daughter has learned to live without the things her friends have (computors, Mp3 players, T.V.'s, etc...). She doesn't even get to buy a prom dress or other things that are a regular part of school now-a-days. The school helps in what ever way they can with some things. Now, due to me being very ill(seizures and severe heart problems that are slowly killing me)I have no way to send her to college. I can't afford the trips back and forth for her to visit home on holidays. These are things she doesn't want to miss because I won't be around for too much longer. She's afraid to leave me. I can't afford to move with her or to even get her things to the school of her choice. I will never own my own house or car or anything for that matter but this is why I desperately want her to go and finish college so she will be able to have those things. She is wonderful and deserves it and I can't give it to her. Again it's your story that reminds me that hers and my life could be worse but it isn't. I love her so much that it still hurts some but I know that God is on our side and He will provide what she needs. God bless people like you who do! You don't just sit and hope that everything will be O.K. for others you get out and do something about it. If the world had more people like you in it we wouldn't have the many problems many suffer. Say some prayers for us so God can help my girl in a way that I can not. I believe in Him. God Bless.

Hello my name is Tanya. I have been having panic attacks for years. It is getting better by the day. I am getting my life back slowly but surely.
However right now I am in great need of someone helping me out with my rent for the month of may. I fell behind because of illnesses having to take off of my job that I had caused me to lose it.
I am a chronic diabetic. And I suffer with panic attacks.
Recently I had applied for my disability and I am waiting to hear back from social security. I have a best friend that I take care of also. He was recently diagnosed with esopageo cancer and he is very ill and this time. My rent is due for now and I can not pay it because of all of this hardship this month. i need some help please

i came across this site ,just by pure luck.my husband asked me to look and see if i could find anyone who could loan us some money.so when i did,i found this site,i read the messages and i thought to myself,well why not write..what could it hurt...my situation is just like some other people..a few years back when we didnt have health insurance but had 3 small kids,we collected a good amount of bills for just keeping our kids healthy.unfortunatly,even now a few years later,we still having been able to pay them off and collected a few more bills.we made a move from georgia to jersey,due to a new job for my husband,but since coming here,we havent been able to find a house for rent or apartment where we could live.the last 6 yrs,we have been living in a motel room,4 kids,3 of those are teenagers now and a lil 8yr old girl.my husband and i.as you can imagine we have no room,no privacy and definatly no extra money for anything else.this living arrangement is sucking the life out of us.my husband works 80+hrs a week and we are barely making it.we are falling behind with everything,and now to top it all of,all our stuff in storage is getting ready to be sold off because we cant make the payment.to say the least,our whole life is now in the storage unit and is about to go.i just need someone to help us get out of here and find ourselfs back in a house where we can raise our kids right.after all this hardship im even helping out another homeless family of 5.i am exhausted and on the end of my rope.whatever help i can get,we would surely appreciate it.gods bless and let me thank you in advance for the help...thanks...sincerly,..homeless in jersey

Help, if possible

It has bee sixteen years this month that I left a comfortable two-income life and desecded into poverty. It has taken a very long time; I will not deny that. I had assets and a platinum credit rating when it started.

My ex-husband was physically abusive and I am sad to say I was descending into alcoholism. I am proud to say the my thne -4 year old (he is now 20) has seen me sober for all these 16 years and has not had to witness his dad abuse me. Perhaps I was way too soft; I did allow for joint custody because it was important for my son to see his dad.

I possess an MBA but fell off the fast track by staying home all the years. I am completely without family or extended social network to help.

Due to many healh issues, my finanaces just tanked and I of course neevr got a dime form spouse. I earn 32,000 year; but live in "Gold Coast" of Long Island. My rent, my heating/gas, my electric, my phone and foof -- oh gas to work eat eveything. I am way frugal; no cable; I wear handme downs.

I need to file bankruptcy because past is catching up with me and underemploymnet plus my cardiac and other medical bills have buried me.

God bless anyone who can help. I live a simple but am very tired (I am now 51.) Would love to thrive once again.

giving is getting

You may find this hard to believe but anyone who does not know this, what this gentleman is doing should make him even richer. Bible principal tell us that is is better to give than receive but the majority of us cannot accept this and find it very difficult to give anything away that really costs us something, when if only we knew that sowing and giving brings us even more prosperity, especially when we give from a sincere heart.
I have proved that this principal does actually work. For those who do not believe it, God is a provider and when we have faith in his son, wonders can be performed in our lives.

My encouragement of what God can do, is that around six years ago my husband and myself only had assetts of around £15,000, but because of the goodness of God and by being a giver and a sower he has increased this in six years to the value of £225,000 and things are getting better!! Why dont you try this yourself and see if it doesnt work.

In 2005, single mom working 2 jobs. Resigned both jobs two take care of significant other with terminal illness who passed away. Inorder to make ends meet debt was incurred.Returned to work at lower pay and got behind on bills and minimum monthly payments. In desperate need to pay off debt. Praying For A Dream!!

First I would like to thank you for being a child of God,doing great things for others. Once you reach the bottom, you scratch and claw trying to make it, to reach some sense of security. I would love to open a, state of the art, Kennel and catery, dog bakery and boutique. I have dreamed about doing this for the last 15 years and now that I have finished raising my children and making sure they both had a happy life, I am ready to find the dream I have wanted for so long. I know if this dream became a reality, my children and I, and my closest friends, would never have to worry about having a roof over our heads, or food in our mouths, again. This buisness is needed, where I want to build it, and it would be very sucessful. i could use some help to remold this old house it is sinking in the middle about 4 inches ,the add on part needs to be redone iam a trk driver and not here much but iam tring to do this on my own i was in contructure in putting glass in com building for 20 yrs. the old part is leaking and iam not shure how to redo the part i could use some advise but not really making a lot of money but id still like to be part of this project i do not want all the work done by profeshnal cause id want to be a big part of remolding the land mark if i could hire a aratect to draw it up on how id aprecite the help

...ended up here after looking for a "self help book". I'm a so-called ".com millionaire", although my friends and I started a software company, providing our product for free via a website...guess it can be called a .com although I prefer various other terms... Well, I cashed out in 2002, bought the cars I always wanted and ended up doing social stuff I never would have done to begin with. I don't think I'll give any money away, it just isn't who I am, but I will say this, being rich, 27 years old, and left with nothing constructive to do except waste time all day long isn't fun! This person is giving away his money for a very noble cause - I hope it works/worked out for him/her...

Dude, I met one of "your kind" a while back at a party - the dude was sh!tfaced in money and still complained about how "boring" his life was - well, take my advice, start something new, buy a bar, I don't know - just don't rest your laurels till you decide life isn't worth living. Being rich is no reason to turn depressed! You say you were looking for a self help book? On what? Dealing with being a .com millionaire, come on! Most people I know would kill to live a life of no worries!

Help

I'm in search for some help. I'm hoping you can help me. I came across this web site and read some of the story. I need help with my bills which total to almost 75,000.00.
I have Chiari I Malformation which is in the brain. The tonsels are coming out of my skull and tipping my brain stem over. So as you can see I have alot of bills. I also have a special needs daughter that needs my help also. I help her with food, clothes and any thing else that she might need.
When it comes time for surgery it will be vert costly they say it will be an 14 hour surgery and I have a 23% chance of coming out normal. my biggest fear is that I will be paralize or blind.

help with the bills for my mothers health care

My mother was in the hospital for 6 months/back and forth from the hospital to rehabs
Her pension/plus Social Security together just misses the cut off allowable for some help for medicaid.
It would have only helped in a small fractional way anyway.

We have used up the equitiy in the house and now have a huge mortage and pay the lady who has done a great job stablizing our mother after she came home. There is no money left to pay the mortage and the lady who charges $100 dollars a day. We do not want to sell the house because our mother does NOT want to move out. She has been doing fine with her individualized care at home. She is around less germs and is comfortable there.
If we have to move her out of her home she will be devistated and more than likely get another heartattack.
(one of her conditions)We were wondering if there is any help out there for us....we are needing help with this very much....

need help soon

This is kind of a last resort trying to get help. I am 32 years old, married with 1 son and 3 step children. Recently my husband lost his job of 2 years due to taking time off for a funeral. This year alone we have experienced 8 deaths between our two families. One being his dad and one being his grandfather they both died only 6 hours apart. His mother is 69 and lives on a set income, an income that is very small. So we have had to try to help her out as much as we can. But after losing his job money is extremely tight and we are fast getting behind on bills and expenses. Jobs are hard to find in our area and we are beginning to lose faith that things will look up soon. Food is even getting harder to come by and state aid is limited. church fund 4 people in need

I go to grace assembly of God church in BelAir Maryland where i attend the "Camino group" which meand the "the Way" My daughter and I are trying to raise Money to create a permanent fund for when people come to us with needs. this fund would aid with paying rent,suplying food, cloths for the children and buying any medicine that a needing family would need. This fund will be under trick suppervision of the church once it is created; right now we have a mother with two girl that needed help with a month of rent because her husband left her. I need help

I am a divorced woman that is hard working,my credit score is so low that no one will help me financial.before the divorce i had excellent credit.i have put in application after application for a loan to refinance my home,but have been turned down over and over again.it is worth about $150,000.00.if someone would give me that amount i could pay the house off along with all the credit card bills that i was left holding after the divorce.i need someone to help me or i will have to file bankruptcy and that is something that i do not want to do.i am not looking for a hand out,if someone would just give me a chance to start my life over. i am willing to pay back whatever is loaned to me,i just cannot keep paying money out to credit card compaines each month that have a interest rate of 30 to 32%..someone out there please help me consolidate all of my bills into one.
