Ridiculous Lessons from the Internet Economy
from the lesson-1:-don't-listen-to-these-people dept
Fortune sent a reporter to one of these internet boot camps (from the sound of it mainly for people from big companies trying to determine an internet strategy). What's interesting is that it sounds like none of the speakers were actual entrepreneurs, but lawyers, consultants and professors. That is then reflected in what they said. They seem to have brought up ridiculous analogies that aren't helpful, stories about failures and what not to do, and little of real value. I hope the conference didn't cost too much.
