Corel Buys Inprise/Borland

Corel announced today that they are buying Inprise/Borland. I thought this was interesting in that both companies have been around for a long time, and both have recently changed their corporate strategies drastically after discovering they were being completely destroyed by other companies. Now they can fight those battles together.
