News.com looks at the upcoming IPOs of Buy.com and Pets.com. The reactions to both might give us an idea about how Wall Street feels about straight B2C e-commerce offerings these days. Though both companies have plenty of negatives to them. Buy.com, for instance, has negative margins, and Pets.com is in a highly competitive area.
