CNET to acquire mySimon for $700 million...

CNET announced today that it will acquire mySimon for approximately $700 million in stock. "The marriage of the two companies will immediately create the world leader in comparison shopping, with 10 million unique users, 250 product categories, hundreds of millions of products and more than 2600 merchants and advertisers."
